The changing supply chain landscape
Navigating today's macroeconomic and geopolitical landscape, responding to shifting consumer behaviour, cost inflation and disruption, and building resilience without losing growth or profitability.
A morning for senior supply chain, procurement, logistics and operations leaders from retail, manufacturing and government organisations - no slides from vendors, no panel stage. Just sixteen leaders working through what's next for supply chain transformation.
Two hours across four threads, moving from context to action. Bring the version of the problem you're living with - the discussion follows the room, not a script.
Navigating today's macroeconomic and geopolitical landscape, responding to shifting consumer behaviour, cost inflation and disruption, and building resilience without losing growth or profitability.
How market leaders are using data, analytics and AI against real commercial outcomes, balancing innovation with governance - and whether the cost of AI applications and tokens is affecting the return.
Identifying high-impact use cases, measuring ROI beyond the proof of concept, and scaling what works across the organisation.
What's next for supply chain transformation - an open discussion on shared challenges and success stories from around the table.

The roundtable runs under the Chatham House Rule. You're free to use what you hear; you may not attribute it to anyone or their employer.
No recording, no press, no vendor pitch. Our consultants are here to facilitate and contribute, not to sell from the chair.
